This is an expert service mind hotel handling by good staffs. Location is good connecting to the mall DLF Avenue. And facilities are perfect. You can have a meal here to avoid Delhi belly.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Although I was unable to travel because my visa was not issued in time, I requested either a cancellation or a modification of my reservation. Unfortunately, the hotel management did not respond to TripAdvisor's requests regarding my booking. As a result, I was unable to cancel or modify the reservation. I also acknowledge that I made a mistake due to oversight. Although the deadline for free cancellation was 8 June, I initiated the cancellation request on 9 June through both TripAdvisor and the hotel's website.

I loved the staff here. Super friendly. Everyone greeted me or asked if I needed anything. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever been on. The pillows I wanted to take with me. Great sized pool and was usually very few people so that was nice. The gym isn’t that great but has enough to do a bit of work for sure. I would definitely come back and recommend this location.

I accidentally booked this hotel, as there was a glitch in the app. Trip.com tried to cancel the booking, but said it would take 6 hours for a response from the hotel. Also it was unclear if they would refund the booked amount or they would cancel and not refund anything! Double whammy! We tried calling the hotel many times during those 6 hours, but not a single person answered the phone in 6 hours! Eventually we cancelled the cancellation, and went to the hotel to stay. It was a bit of a joke. It had the Hilton name but was more like a 2-star hotel in Paharganj. There were just two staff in the small lobby; no wonder they didn’t bother answering any phone call. The hotel seemed to be under renovation, but we were still shown a room on a floor with cables dangling from the ceiling in the hallway! Dust on the uncleaned carpets. They should have just closed the whole floor if they are renovating. Eventually a room was given on another floor, and the room was acceptable. But don’t expect anything like a Hilton branded hotel. Just a rundown Indian Hotel. Stay away, at least till repairs/renovations are complete. There are a lot better hotels at that price range.

I had a really comfortable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket. The location is super convenient, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is surprisingly good with plenty of choices. The staff were always helpful and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. A special shout-out to Mr. Deshpal from security — very professional, always smiling, and genuinely made us feel welcome and safe. Really appreciated his warm service!
