Staff and location was good. If you got fever you can get medicine front of hotel. But I had trouble because hot shower was not coming evening time. I asked reception then staff bring me hot water bucket. So funny this is India.

There are no problems with the location, facilities, etc. The attitude and response of some of the front staff members is really annoying. I feel so bad

호텔 에어컨이 무지하게 시원해요. 이게 사실 중요하다는걸 뉴델리 시내를 돌아 다녀보고 알았고, 이곳에서 숙박한뒤 주위에 익숙해지면 인도 어느곳에 가더라도 위화감은 덜 느껴지리라 생각됩니다.

Very nice stay. The staff is friendly. The rooms are neat & clean with spacious bathroom. Best service & good environment. Close to ndls station.

On the first day, room provided was with very poor ventilation. I requested them to change, they shown me another room, which was with additional cost. I had no option to stay there on the first day. Then i complained still the confirmation to cancellation was very late. On the second day night they have provided me another room with proper ventilation. This caused inconvenience to me and my family. The overall experience was not good. Thanks

Rooms are very good room service and house keeping is very good. This hotel is good for stay. Very good choice.

Phone connectivity is very poor and even there wi fi was not working properly. Also i kept asking for iron but they didn't send on time.

Overall excellent experience. Location is good, staff behaviour and room service all are remarkable.

The hotel staff were courteous and attentive. The quality of service during breakfast and dinner was superb, and they always made sure i had everything i needed.

It was a comfortable stay, the room assigned to was unexpectedly great (value for money, ground staff and reception is cooperative. Would visit again in future.
