Die Gässchen am Bahnhof sind sehr eng und eher ungepflegt. Wir haben lieber den (sichereren) Weg über die Hauptstraße genommen, da ist das Hotel gut zu erreichen.
Die Betten sind gut, die Zimmer gut ausgestattet, abgesehen von Stockflecken an der Wand, sauber. Es gibt einen Aufzug und eine Dachterrasse, die aber eher etwas privat schein, bzw u.a. das Büro des Chefs beherbergt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach vorne da gibt es die Möglichkeit durch das halbhohe Fenster auszusteigen in die Zwischenwand zur Fassade, dass wirkt wie ein kleiner Wintergarten und eignet sich zum Rauchen. Es gibt eine Menükarte, aber wir haben das Essen nicht getestet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend.

The hotel is located in the old town. The interior of the rooms corresponds to the photos, the furniture is old. The window is small and dirty. Bed linen is clean. The hotel staff is polite. Very noisy, both inside and outside the hotel. The room was not cleaned for 4 days. Hot water almost always. Airport shuttle is more expensive than other nearby hotels. A chaque passage à Delhi depuis 2015, je séjourne dans cet hôtel et il me donne toujours satisfaction quelle que soit la catégorie des chambres. Il est situé dans Paharganj, mais pas dans au coeur des ruelles, à quelques mètres d'une grande avenue, mais sans bruit, à distance raisonnable des moyens de transports (une gare, 2 lignes de métro). Les chambres sont propres, le wifi est bon. Les repas peuvent être servis en chambre (plus sur le toit terrasse malheureusement).

Very comfortable bed, hot shower, not far from red fort and india gate. And a really nice and helpful people at he reception. Great if you use New Delhi main station. A lot of fruit, juice and food stalla on the nearby streets. I can recommend it quite honestly.

What the review on the website does not say is that this property is in the middle of the slums of Delhi.
We got to our room and no AC. Sheets were used, floor dirty. They had left a pair of used flip flops for us to use. A plastic bucket for use to fill with water so that we could shower. The door lock did not work, so door had to be propped with sofa in room.
Every time we would open our room door, guys would come out to see who it was. Very disturbing experience over all.
Btw, Uber had to drop off in the closest Main Street as they could access the hotel since it was inside a slum.
