I have been staying here regularly for past 20 years of maybe more. This time when I checked in, was informed that the management has changed. My experience was the worst on last 20 years, VERY BAD AND RUDE STAFF NO ETHICS OR RESPECT. The rooms also are very badly kept no maintenance of any kind. The staff is very rude except for 1 old room service waiter. OVERALL VERY RUDE AND UNETHICAL STAAFF AND MANAGEMENT. NIT MEANT TOBE IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY.
