The dont wash the bed covers. Other reviewers made the same complaint. On google the boss will argue with them but I really think it's true. If they are cleaning the sheets they really need to use a different soap. It did NOT seem clean.

The location is good. The managers are also friendly. They clean every day. They change the bed sheets and comforters if you ask them to. If you think of it as cost-effective, it is very good. However, it would be good to consider the overall Indian atmosphere.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. I especially liked the accommodation because of the rooftop and the view from it. However, when I said I made a reservation through Trip.com during the check-in process, I was surprised because the hotel said they do not accept Tri.com reservations and that they did not have a bed for me. I told the counselor about the situation over the Internet phone, and the counselor spoke to the hotel staff and explained that I had made a reservation through a travel agency called *******, not Trip.com, so I was able to check in and stay at the hotel. . I am grateful to the counselor who saved me from a crisis.

Dormitory bed shared by 8 people, very dirty and smelly bathroom no air intake from the windowless bathroom and broken hot water heater in extreme winter (7°c). The water filter jar is not suitable for use o*** ***age. The lounge furniture on the roof is covered in dust as if it has never been cleaned with rubbish and unused items are not neatly arranged. When checking out they still asked to make a payment even though they told me to pay Trip.com. After insisting and showing them proof of payment that had been made, finally victory was on my side.

Very close to New Delhi station. There were many food stalls and shops nearby, which was very convenient. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities, so I was able to spend a comfortable time. Also, the owner had a great sense of humor and made us happy. The owner can speak Japanese fluently. This is a highly recommended hotel in Delhi.

The hostel is fine but never go to the bar below the hostel, whose noise will disturb you even in the hostel. It is fine if you are alone but it is not right for a family or a couple. Because outside the hostel there is a red light type area

i stay in bunk hostel and this hostel are good rooms and reliable price but we got 2 double bed for 3 person so i don't like this one and although good facility and good rooms available in bunk hostel so i have not any other argument for this so i give 3 star ⭐ out of 5 ⭐

This property is good for single person to stay and location wise also its good and very near to rk ashram marg metro station but one of the major problem with their hostel stay is their washrooms are very unhygienic and some of them lacks even basic facilities. So think accordingly as i have visited them twice and informed them as well about their washroom conditions but they simply don’t care.

The hostel service is nice and near to railway station and RK Ashram Metro. The location is clearly located on google map. Overall it is good.

It's good, you can stay, it's good property for solo traveller, nice place it's roof top is very good

Hostel was dirty. I have to wait on reception for 2 hours. Ceiling of the room was leaking. Foul smell was there.

everything was awesome at Bunk hostel. just walk outside fet food, transportation, metro, etc. great place for stay ❣️❣️

I did-not stay at hotel the customer care of make my trip is big scam there is no responces at all biggest scam make my trip i have not stay at hotel because i mentioned mr. But how its change to ms. So hostel does not allow me to stay i tried serval times fr make my trip customer care but there is no responce at all. Worst experience kindly refund my amount
