The room is cozy and comfortable for a single traveller, thr couch is especially a highlight of the room and makes it a relaxing corner. But there is leaking of Water from the showing Partition and the hotel cannot offer harder pillows that makes my Neck Pain worse.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The room however needs updating. TV didn't work, air con was soo noisy couldn't keep it on. By day 3 our room attendant got our requirements sorted, a toilet roll, 2 bath towels & a hand towel. Breakfast was good, items made to order. Hotel in a good central location near to restaurants etc

The hotel is situated close to the city centre and walking distance to a close by Shanker market The room was clean and comfortable but the bathroom needs an upgrade. The staff were very helpful and polite and the Breakfast was very good we stayed there for 3 nights.The hotel has a very good main chef who prepared dishes as requested.

I had great experience ,This hotel is five star and felt like home .I will recommend to my friends and family. Hotel staff is professional , strictly following the COVID rules and super clean.The restaurant food is delicious.

Hotel very well located a stone's throw from Connaught Place...very friendly and accommodating staff. No luggage storage but agreed to keep mine in their tiny office. The room is OK, comfortable bed, air conditioning, decent shower, wifi ok. Negative points: ＞ The elevator is tiny, old and dirty, prefer a room on the 1st floor to take advantage of the stairs. ＞ In the corridors are the remains of customers' meals… ＞ impossible to open the window to ventilate because it is a window. ＞ No external noise pollution but no soundproofing through the door: noise from the corridor at night (staff and customers speaking loudly). Excellent breakfast (don't miss the delicious dosas ;) as well as the restaurant in general. FYI, refuse visits from guests in the room after 8 p.m., a specific rule in Delhi a priori….

I have booked this place for 2 nights. When I checked in, i got room at 4th floor. Room was dirty as I saw many hairs in the bathroom as well as on the bed. This room did not have any window for sunlight or fresh air because of that room had some weird smell. I had to leave the room after one night as room was suffocating and when I checked at front desk to change the room, I did not get any support. This only plus for this hotel is the location. I will never go back to this place.
