Great breakfast, but not a good masala or ginger Indian tea

Received surprised when I back to room see the valentine’s gift when oversea and at lobby there is a snacks bar and complimentary soft drink.

The hotel is in close proximity to Ghandi International Airport about 10 minutes ride away. The room size has been upgraded with an optional bathtub. Quiet room even though the view is facing the roads.

The beat amenities and most accomodating staffs.

This hotel is so beautiful and very comfortable plus close to Delhi airport. The staff were so polite and the entire ambience was welcoming. On a plus as well was the breakfast which had so much to choose from. I will definitely recommend and also stay here again in the future.

The hotel was surprisingly well equipped. One of the best breakfast spread I have seen in Delhi. Very convenient if you are a family on a stopover.

On the day of arrival, there was someone's hair stuck on the razor, the lotion was also used by someone, the room was not cleaned, so I cleaned it with wet tissues that I brought for personal use and left things on the table, the shower in the room the hotel moved me to was broken so I had to shower in the bathtub, there was no hair dryer in the room, and the phone was broken so I could not receive any return calls to my requests. And this is from ANDAZ, which is proud to say that it was concepted by Hyatt! On top of that, they apologized and left a bunch of unnecessary towels in my room. It is natural that they should have moved me from a dirty room to a clean room, but they did not even offer me a cup of coffee. I will probably never come back here again, and I feel like I wasted my money on the hotel I paid for the stay, trusting Trip.com's reviews.

It's my first time staying here and I'm very satisfied. I stayed at several hotels in Aero City. It was one of the most memorable experiences. I will stay again next time
