The Park New Delhi

I booked the hotel for a VIP traveler family. Though this hotel mentioned 5 star in everywhere, but my client is very dissapoint to this hotel. Rooms very small. Not so 5 star hotel category.

A good property and awesome location, close to eateries and street shopping. The bar fridge is fairly expensive so just avoid it. Great stores and restaurants in close proximity so do explore. The breakfast buffet has a good spread of cuisines, but the baked items like croissants and pain DU Chocolat didn't appear to be prepared on site.

Excellent service from the Ms.Ruby madam for processing is check in and check out smoothly and also alerting us for the hotel regulations and supporting us very effective whenever we need details. Thanks for her and a nice place to stay with family and loving ones. Best of luck to the hotel to achieve great customer service in india.

Rating: 2/5 The Park Hotel offers a mixed experience that ultimately falls short of expectations despite some positive aspects. The Good: The hotel’s greatest strength is undoubtedly its location, which is excellent for exploring New Delhi. The rooms themselves are impressively clean and modern, with decent views that add to the overall comfort. The food quality is acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable. The Disappointing: Unfortunately, several issues significantly detracted from my stay. The most frustrating was the lack of transparency about the minibar charges. Snacks are laid out in the room with no indication that consuming them incurs fees—something you only discover at checkout. This feels misleading and leaves a bad taste. Breakfast was another major inconvenience. The dining area lacks sufficient seating, resulting in 30-40 minute waits for a table each morning. For a hotel of this caliber, this is simply unacceptable and doesn’t justify the food quality offered. The front desk staff were notably unwelcoming and unhelpful. The checkout process was unnecessarily prolonged, with vague explanations about “needing to do some things” before we could leave, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful of guests’ time. Verdict: While the location and room quality are positives, the lack of transparency about charges, insufficient breakfast facilities, and poor customer service make this hotel difficult to recommend. For the price point, guests should expect better communication and service standards.

The hotel is tired and is in need of modernisation- my room in particularly was poor - the electrics and furniture was old and needs updating - I could get a phone charger as I had forgotten - told we don’t have them Breakfast was average although reception staff helpful

Stay was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming, would be happy to stay again.

I stayed at The Park, New Delhi from 17 to 20 February. I had booked a luxury room at what was advertised as a premium five star property. Unfortunately, the room allocated to me was extremely small and felt like it had been partitioned using temporary boards. I could clearly hear conversations, movements, and noise from the adjacent room. There was almost no sound insulation. I was unable to sleep properly because of the disturbance. Due to this, I decided to cut short my stay and checked out on 19 February. I requested a refund for the unused night, but both Trip.com and the hotel declined. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

This property has an excellent location with close proximity to shopping, dining & tourism. Restaurant has great food selection (buffet with many cook to order stations). Chef Nazir is great & extremly accommodating to special request overall wonderful service. Staff in all areas is well trained & shows 1st class hospitality. Only re commendation is to fix the glass doors of the bathrooms in the rooms. They have big gaps leading to lack of privacy. This should be on a priority list for the hotel management to address. Overall a great hotel!
