very tiny room . The washroom was not very clean and the shower glass was very dirty. The coffee tray is dusty. Overall not good experience.

Nice place and good old hotel, with the wet Delhi vibe. Learnt how to swim here when I was a kid so lots of fond memories.

It was nice cozy stay! Though the hotel was empty, they didn't give a free upgrade, which I was hoping for, especially since their room descriptions are not much different !

Look at other hotels. I went for a cheaper price but it was not worth it in the end . Look at other hotels if I was you . I would write more but I won’t .

The Staff are very helpful and assistant …...everything is good …..scured hotel …..just need to improve the breakfast Buffet food items,very recommended and have a great stay in it …… Will definitely stay in it again if I travel back again …

Hi Everyone, Please never choose Hotel Jaypee Siddharth for your stay or anything. The below photos are attached of their worst hospitality and betraying innocent guests with the sky rocking prices of stay which doesn’t deserve even a single star. We stayed in the worst property for 3 nights that’s the biggest nightmare of our life. Let me explain in you in detail, the amount they charge vary from their actual booking prices . Beware, nothing is free in this hotel. Water comes in bottle with a charge and other things about front office handling, is very poor rather rude while handling the customers. Importantly air conditioner without cooling in the rooms, they give very lame excuse of why rooms is not getting cooling. Water heating and pressure of water is very low in bathrooms. Not enough charging plugs ,/ socket for phones and laptops. . I didn't able to take rest due to noise coming from adjacent rooms through interconnect doors and stuffed gastritis due to unhygienic food quality as well. At the end I feel, how this hotel gets 4 or 5 stars because they are not holding even the basic requirements of hotel standards, highly disappointed with their services and lack of ignorance of their customer service. Never recommend anyone.

As a course of action our HK & Engineering HOD'S has meet with you to get the corrective action during your stay where it has been observed that you expectation was of 18 Degree Temp in room However we maintain it around 23 degree so that all our guest feels comfortable in that Temp and your room Temp was 23 degree at that point. Regarding the in room Charging point we have standard provision however it has observed that all together you were carrying 6-7 devices where we have provided you the Extra extension points so that you can connect all devices together. As a Hotel courtesy you room has been upgraded to make you comfortable and we observed you were comfortable in that room. Hotel Provides Comp one liter water Bottle per person each day however on your request we provided extra water bottles to make your stay comfortable. Our room was nice and quiet. We never could master the light switches but this happened at a couple of the Indian hotels we stayed at so probably our issue rather than the hotels! We enjoyed the variety of foods at breakfast and the pool was lovely. Service was good. Security was particularly high with an under the car scan and an X-ray scan also. There’s not a lot in the area very close by if you want to eat elsewhere however we did walk about 15 minutes down the road one night and found a lively street with lots of choices. The things for review included the black hairs in the shower on arrival and that weren’t cleaned when the room was serviced, the coffee and milk that also wasn’t topped up on servicing and the fact that the bathroom didn’t have a working exhaust fan. This meant after a shower, the whole room became extremely damp, including all clothes left out and the floor became very slippery. It never dried out. While we enjoyed our stay, these small issues are worth looking at.

Service is great. Staff are good. Food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner are good as well. Prateek is also provide a good service. Room and bathroom are super clean and daily cleaning.drinking waters are provided. Soap also good and not too dry for skin.

I was warmly welcomes by Mr Prateek at the reception and the stay was very comfortable, infact amazing. However, I was disappointed by the room service. It tool them 1.5 hours to get me a bucket of ice cubes. Unfortunately I had to go to the reception to ask for the ice cubes since room service stopped answering my calls even.

I stayed there for 4 night with my family Jaypee Siddharth, Delhi does not have the feel of a 5 star hotel. Our room and bathroom are in deplorable condition. I have never seen any 5 star hotel worse than this one. It is not even comparable to most of general categories hotel in Paharganj. Infact, hotels in Paharganj are better than this one. Only the reception area and restaurant are in good shape. I would never suggest anyone to stay in that hotel. It is Total Waste of time and Money

I stayed here because I was attending a conference nearby. Convenience was its only merit. My first complaint is that the hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are thin and I could easily hear everything going on, from my neighbors snoring at night, talking on the phone and toileting, to horns blaring and dogs barking outside my window at all hours. Definitely not restful. My second complaint is my room was extremely worn and poorly maintained. The tub was cracked, drained poorly, and tiles were moldy, and everything about the room had a seriously worn look and feel. I don’t know who assigns stars, but this hotel is certainly not 4 or 5.

The Jaypee was well situated for my business trip.All the stadd was very kind and help especially Praveek and Preval. The breakfast was tasty especially the masala dosa and fresh fruit and they had my coffee order. It was easy to find transportation to get around.

Very comfortable hotel. The room is well equiped. Breakfast is good with nice coffee. There’s a big swimming pool. Laundry service is convenient. Thank you for the service, Prateek. I stayed at this hotel for a conference. The hotel is conveniently located near the NASC Complex.

I had my wedding ceremony at JP Siddhartha, and it was an unforgettable experience. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety that catered to every guest's preference. The decor was breathtaking, creating a perfect ambiance for our special day. The service was impeccable, with staff who were attentive, professional, and ensured everything went smoothly. The hospitality was exceptional, making all our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. I highly recommend JP Siddhartha for any event; they made our wedding day truly magical.
