Hyatt Regency Delhi

The Chinese restaurant did not quite live up to my expectations, particularly when it came to the flavours and overall dining experience. I felt there was room for improvement in this area. The Gallery Café, on the other hand, was beautiful, and the Oktoberfest setup added a lovely atmosphere to the experience. As a World of Hyatt member, I did not receive any particular recognition, which I understand can vary and is something that can be improved or addressed. The biggest disappointment, however, came towards the end of my stay with the billing process. I was assured that the bill would be shared with me within 10 minutes of my departure. At the time, I had a feeling that the commitment might not be followed through, and unfortunately, that proved to be the case. I had to follow up multiple times over the next 48 hours before finally receiving the bill. This took away from what could otherwise have been a much smoother overall experience. On a positive note, I would like to appreciate the team for the quick laundry service. The turnaround was efficient and appreciated. Overall, there were some very positive elements to the stay, but the gaps in the dining experience and, particularly, the billing follow-up are areas where I believe the hotel can improve significantly.

Overall, a good stay — I’d give it a solid 4 out of 5. The hotel is comfortable, the service is good, and everything was generally up to Hilton standards. The only real disappointment was the smoking policy. Smoking is only allowed outside, which is understandable, but unfortunately there isn’t even a proper seating area for smokers. It would be nice to have a comfortable place to sit and relax rather than just having to stand outside.

The best Hyatt regency hotel I’ve stayed at. Such beautiful interior. Rooms are a little dated. They could upgrade the facilities like hairdryer etc. But the hotel is 40+ years old so that’s understandable

This is a good stay with family. The room are clean and cozy, the food is great and we had a good time there

We had a very pleasant stay, great location and the service was amazing. Breakfast however took some time due to long wait but overall great experience.
