Lemon Tree Hotel, Delhi Airport

The perfect hotel if you plan to explore the 📍Aerocity Square and enjoy the nightlife🥰.

Pleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained. 10 mins to airport early morning 200 INR uber and about 15 mins from airport around 5pm. Uber easy to get and it was like 300INR but from airport I didn't want to wait i uber lines so I just did XL to get immediate ride which was like 750. (do not do the book ahead on uber where you give them flight number!, drive does not' come and then you still have to get in the long line of people waiting). Make sure you get dropped off in front of Lemon Tree regular NOT Premier, they are same building but different entrances and not that much fun walking from premier with luggage. Hotel even acknowledged my bad luck at long lines in check in with a comp. So much easier to say in Aerocity, on a previous visit I stayed at a hotel in adjacent neighborhood Mahalampuri (sp?) and it was awful. A lot cheaper but awful worn rooms (i was even careful to NOT get a scam hotel that posts fake pics which is most of them, but pics were probably made 5 years ago and now worn and gross) and getting there from the airport at 6pm took 45 ins although on map it was super close. If you can swing the extra cost, def recommend. Also there are some good last minute deals. And you can ALWAYS get a room in the adjacent neighborhood so if last min aerocity doesn't work out you have plenty of options.

I noticed a very strong cigarette smell as soon as I opened the door. I booked a non-smoking room, but I was assigned a smoking room instead. This was very disappointing and not acceptable.

I had booked four rooms. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 6:00 PM, and unfortunately, the rooms were not ready at the time of check-in. We were asked to wait for about 45 minutes. As we were traveling with four senior citizens above 75 years of age, this delay was particularly inconvenient. We appreciated the gesture of offering complimentary breakfast in lieu of the wait. However, we were disappointed with the room allocation. The rooms assigned to us were located far from the elevator, which made it extremely difficult for the elderly members of our family. Due to the long walk, my mother’s back pain worsened significantly, and as a result, we had to cancel her planned visit to Agra with us. I informed the front desk that we might need to vacate one room the following morning due to this health issue. We retained three rooms and requested assistance regarding a possible refund for the unused room. However, we were informed that the hotel could not take any action and that we would need to contact trip.com directly. Given that our travel plans had to be changed due to the inconvenience and lack of thoughtful room allocation, I kindly request you to review this matter and consider a refund for the vacated room. We hope you will look into this situation empathetically and respond at the earliest. Thank you for your attention.

Flawless hotel for spend one nigth as transfer or even to rest for all day you will be triping in India. Very cozy, greetful staff, there is a pool and meals (for separate paid but limitless) Recommend.
