Hotel was not clean and attending staff was not available on his seat and also he was not aware of the booking. Once he was not book the room after many discussions and show my mobile the booking he was ready to give the room . Food was not available and also not hygiene

the bathroom was not tidy and clean. the management paid heed to the problems faced but, the experience wasn't worth the amount paid.
