It was a good place to stay for work.

Staff was friendly. The room was filthy. There were burn holes in the mattress. Sheets and comforter were stained.There were roaches in the room. The floors had not been swept and the bathroom had black mold

Nothing!

The staff was nice but the place was filthy with big holes in the floor and God knows what on the walls. Furniture was busted all up. It was nasty.

Nice and peaceful

First off, the hotel price was different than advertised on the website. When I checked in, the room was pretty empty. A kind sized bed, a tv from the 90s with a remote that didn’t work, and small fridge and microwave sitting on the floor, no other furniture. No table or chair. Extremely outdated. The ac was missing control panel, with the door shut that was still a gap between door and doorjamb. I went to front desk to see if they had any other furniture to add to the room and to get remote to work. Front desk said the maintenance worker should be there shortly. I waited for over an hour. He fixed the remote, and came back with a desk and chair but not fix the control panel. He blamed to missing part on the previous occupant, which I highly doubt. The beside tables were water damaged with cigarette burns (in a non smoking room) and the desk brought in had cigarette burns as well, so did the tub. Not worth the money. At least it didn’t smell.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. What’s wrong with the place? Where do I start? First there’s the roaches. Found alive and dead roaches. I laid on the love seat one evening and got up to large welts on my side caused by bed bugs. All the hotels were booked so I didn’t have much of a choice and made them move me. I told them that they better not rent of the room I was staying in (116) until the bigs were taken care of. To my knowledge it never was. The place shouldn’t be rented at all. All the rooms were the same, smelled bad and likely to have an infestation of some sort. Not to mention the drunk lady on the second floor, the strange footsteps I’ve heard in my room while I was trying to sleep (and I was the only one in there), the smell of pot, the cigarette burns on every thing. This place is a mess.
