The Iris Motel

We enjoyed everything about the hotel and property. Felt safe with gated parking lot as well. Even got to enjoy some sun in the pool Would definitely recommend and go back.

The hotel was clean and property was nice but we had room 1 and the noise from the office AC was very loud. The room needed a chair that was comfortable, a 2nd luggage rack and a second nightstand. The pool was ice cold and not usable. The hotel was very convenient location but lacked a few things

There were gnats in the room and little bugs when I entered. I encountered about seven or eight that I killed and kept seeing them here and there throughout my stay.

The rooms were a bit tight but doable for three adults. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was great!

could see into the other room from under the sink... comfortable bed, floors were sticky, shower clogged, toilet didn't flush but 3/5 good service

The rooms walls were paper thin. You could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. The staff was good. The o real cost of nearly $200 for the overall room amenities was very overpriced.

Great central location, beautiful clean modern room. Parking situation not ideal, but not terrible.

Good modernization job on a 1960s motor inn. Bed was comfy and bathroom well-sized. The electronic gate and the individual access room code made us feel safe in an older downtown neighborhood. First hotel ever with NO ice machine and was a little disappointed the room had no microwave

The bedroom trashcan is about as big to fit two empty drink cans in.. too small. There was a spider on the ceiling when I lay down and the next morning he was gone 😳. The parking lot is so tight and it’s made of gravel, very hard to maneuver in there. There were no close by parking lots for any visitors as advertised-they are blocks and blocks away. The TV didn’t work right, no channels ever came up, wifi didn’t help either. Bathroom sliding door off track. Not private at all. Positives are door codes and communication worked great, the bed is soft and clean, the bathroom was clean and the air conditioner/heating system worked great.
