The hotel is perfectly situated just off French Street and overlooking the Mississippi River. Its deck, patio, and antique furnishings exude comfort and elegance. Parking is free, and the front desk staff are friendly and attentive. They enthusiastically offer local information and go above and beyond to help book boats and jazz concerts. I feel this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in New Orleans!

Very good location in the French Quarter. Quiet with a second floor large balcony. Lots of space in my single bedroom. Location of hotel is next door to the French Market, great for shopping.

Great location! Walk to quarter, museums, local bars, transit and parks, local vibe. Helpful staff! Rooms good size. Updates needed. Electrical a challenge if you have medical/electronic/ phone needs especially in bedrooms. Small efficiency kitchen adequate but not stocked for occupancy of 4 adults.

Great little place to stay. The location can't be beat. Near Frenchmen Street, the Jazz Museum and the new park along the river.

The bedroom had a window with broken blinds that made the bed visible to the inner courtyard walkways. Awkward. When I mentioned it they said they knew there were problems and thevwhole room was being renovated. Well, not in time for my stay.
