The Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in from Paris to Rome to Barcelona. The staff is warm and welcoming, the rooms are plush and comfortable, the Polo Lounge is a quaint classy bar with live music on the weekends. My Australian Shepherd gets treated like a king there.

STRONGLY RECOMMENDED! I stayed with my wife for our anniversary and we both had a wonderful experience. When we left, we felt like we had a peaceful reset from a relaxing vacation. The service is another level and I’ve rarely experienced a service that is so attentive. The room was immaculate and spacious. The restaurant was beautiful and we loved the vibe of the bar when music was playing at night. The only thing to consider is the hotel is expensive but it is worth it. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Great location but didn’t get a good check in and never really knew all the hotel had to offer. We didn’t specify our housekeeping preferences because no one asked so we didn’t get service for the first day or so. Turn down service happened twice out of our 4 nights. There was a house car service but we were unaware until it was too late.

We've been staying at Windsor Court since 2012, and once again, they delivered an exceptional experience. Every visit reminds us why we continue to come back year after year. The service is consistently outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay special. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect for enjoying everything New Orleans has to offer while still providing a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a Premium Suite, which was wonderful, and every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. After all these years, Windsor Court still sets the standard for luxury hotels in New Orleans. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

I love this property for so many reasons. but the most important is the "home away from home" feeling. Everything is first class.. from the staff to the accommodations and food, everything works in harmony. In case you're wondering, no one paid for this review, I was just there visiting family this past week and made the trip a breeze. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and believe me when I tell you I've stayed pretty much everywhere else.

I’ve enjoyed your hotel over the years and I am so glad to see it resorted to its original and timeless beauty. So thankful you did not paint it white and destroy its charm and ambience. The food, service, flowers and pool are as wonderful as ever. I always appreciate hotels that have rooms where windows and/or doors that open to fresh air. It is import to be able to access fresh oxygen and not have to depend on stale (and often poorly maintained) HVAC systems. This hotel remains the jewel of New Orleans.

We loved our stay at The Windsor Court! The room was immaculte, beautiful and smelled good. The bathroom was spotless. The location was perfect for us and was in walking distance to everything. Staff was exceptional, from the valets that greeted us, the check-in and check-out staff, and everyone else we encountered throughout our stay. The turn down service was awesome. They left goodies every night and even put a bookmark in my book! We can't wait to stay here again when we get back to New Orleans and would highly recommend staying here. If you're undecided, I'm very picky about hotels and I had zero issues with this one.

Our stay at The Windsor Court Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. We enjoyed access to the Club Level, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience to our visit. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a memorable guest experience. One of the highlights was the excellent recommendations we received for local restaurants, attractions, and activities. Those suggestions helped us experience the city's unique charm, excitement, and eclectic vibe. From waterfront views and historic sites to vibrant neighborhoods and incredible dining, we felt immersed in everything that makes this destination so special. The food and beverage offerings on the Club Level were outstanding and provided the perfect place to relax while taking in the energy of the city. An unexpected bonus was witnessing the 250th Celebration Ship Tour as it docked nearby. We had no idea it would be happening during our visit, and watching it from both our room and the Club Level was a truly memorable experience. This hotel provided the perfect home base for exploring the city while also offering a welcoming retreat at the end of each day. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit.
