"Got a room at first where the AC was super loud and there wasn’t even a closet or a place to hang clothes. I told the front desk but they said the hotel was full and couldn’t do anything !!! So I contacted IHG directly and I got a new one was much better — quiet AC and a proper closet. FYI: floors 9–10 seem to have some kind of machine room inf front the room X01 . The noise could be heard all the floor to room 906. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to avoid this hotel."

"The room is relatively large and a family of three and four can live. The environment is also OK, relatively clean. Breakfast is also quite rich abroad. "After changing a room, it was much more pleasant than the side with loud vent noise. But the hotel is tired and the service is mostly bad. Though perhaps its New Orleans that’s a tired travel destination"

"The location of this hotel was lovely right next to RiverWalk mall. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that carpet in the room and hallways kinda of gave those areas a smell (more so the hallways) Also, wasn’t a fan of the shower/tub combo wish all hotels would update to showers only. But our overall stay was good."
