On a cold night, the water temperature was actually lukewarm. I contacted the front desk many times and no one answered the phone. It took a while before I finally got through. Unexpectedly, the front desk replied that because my room was a side room, it would take a long time for hot water to reach the entire room. The chemical fragrance smells like a motel and is really unpleasant.
