Great location and free parking. Clean and great service. Room with great view. Tasty breakfast.

Close to Jiufen Night Market by walk only 300 meters. This hotel also provide free parking space for those who bring their own transportation.

A family of 4 pax just checked out today We booked 1 night stay @Sunshine since the locatiom is 5 min walk away from the old street. Breakfast was included 👍

Convenient transportation, very satisfied with the hotel facilities, the hotel staff at the front desk are warm and courteous, the room is very clean, very comfortable. Will stay at the same hotel next time I travel.

The room was great. Clean and huge! The location is so convenient, it's along the main street so our taxi could drop off and pick us up from in front of the hotel. The bus stop is also less than 1min walk away. Family mart is right around the corner and the entrance to Jiufen Old street less than 5mins away. Overall it's one of the best stay. There is no stairs in the accomodation but on Trip.com they already stated what is the floor number. I book the 4 people family room and was on the 2nd floor (just 1 flight of stairs up- bottom floor is considered 1st floor)

Very conveniently located within short walking distance to Jiufen Old Street. Parking is available next to the property and there is a valet to help with parking our vehicle. Room size was sufficient for 2 adults. The only issue is there is no lift, which unfortunately the room I booked was on level 4 so had to carry heavy luggages up 3 levels. Nonetheless, room was very comfortable and clean. Very nicely-presented breakfast included, with unlimited supply of coffee and tea during stay, and water dispenser was just outside the room.

I am very satisfied with the morning breakfast and the staff service. The staff are very friendly and helpful during my stay of 1 night. I will return to Sunshine Jiufen for my next trip again.

The Juifen old street on google map is inaccurately positioned so one may be misled to think that the hotel is uphill from the old street but in fact it is down the hill around 200-300 m from the old street. A little downside is that there is no pavement so one will be walking beside moving vehicles. Book early to get the rooms with a window or balcony view of the sea. Breakfast is a choice of drink and small set meal consisting of fruits, steamed sandwich and waffles. Clean room, a no frills stay. Most eateries and shops are closed by 5-6 pm, only tea houses are opened till 9-10 pm. Not really cold at night in March, just very misty.
