The receptionist and room attendants were all very nice and polite. The hot spring water came out quickly. However, I found a big cockroach running around the room on the day I left, which was a bit deducted. Everything else was very satisfactory!

This is my first time sleeping out with my little kid. I chose Yunquan Villa mainly because of its large square footage and one bedroom and one living room. My husband and I also like to take baths! It is very suitable for our needs.
The service staff are very kind and friendly.
The sanitary environment is well maintained. I would like to go there again next time!

Yun Estate Hotel is one of the best hotel that i stayed during my family trip to Taiwan. The personal Hot spring catered in the room. Spacious Apartment style unit with a grand living room and a tatami style room for meditation or some sort. Not to mention the great wardrobe area and a seat in the toilet for automatic shower. Its a shame that we only stayed for 1 night in this hotel.
Special gratitude to the staff in the hotel that provided us an extra blanket because our one year old baby spilled his milk on the blanket. Thank you. I would stay longer to enjoy the facilities more on our next stay.

3. Breakfast is a set meal, and the dishes are acceptable, but because it is delivered to the guest room, it is not easy to keep warm.
4. The wet and dry separation in the bathroom is not perfect (the shower curtain is suspected to have been removed by the hotel, leaving only the track). Water splashed in front of the makeup mirror during the shower, and the child even slipped because of it. Fortunately, it was not serious. Please be careful if you are bringing children. .
