Great location, good breakfast spread, even had view to neon lights from Time Square from room. Room is not huge though but that's how Time Sq hotel is.

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

The facilities in the room are very new and clean. The air conditioner fan is a bit noisy at night, but everything else is good. The breakfast is also very good. It is very close to the subway entrance, which makes travel very convenient.

The hotel is located in the downtown area, but it is not noisy at all because of the high floor and good sound insulation. Although the room is a little small, it is clean and hygienic and is enough for two people. The breakfast is a bit crowded, and there are many people eating and you have to queue. The hotel is in a good location. It is also convenient to walk to see musicals and take the subway. After all, New York is a place where every inch of land is valuable, and it is particularly important to live comfortably.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No doubt about it. The room can be small, but it must be big enough for guests to sleep. You can imagine how tiring it is to play in New York for a day. You can't fall asleep when you lie down after more than 20,000 steps a day. I underestimated that hotels would ignore the lives of guests for the sake of profit. I stayed here for three nights. I took sleeping pills to sleep on one night. The other two nights, I covered my ears with the quilt and felt like planes were right above my head. There was one every three or two minutes. The noise of the air conditioner was not just ordinary loud, but too loud!!! It kept starting and stopping, starting and stopping again, and it couldn't be completely turned off! It was too torturous! I couldn't refund and spent three painful nights here!!

The hotel is in a prime location, and it is very convenient to Times Square, Wall Street, Fifth Avenue and Brooklyn Bridge. One room provides three free breakfasts, which is suitable for couples living with children. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, milk, cereal, grilled sausage, eggs, coffee and bananas and other fruits are guaranteed. Overall, the price-performance ratio is still relatively high.

The location is great. It's clean. There are a lot of guests so you have to wait for the elevator. Don't expect a good breakfast.

This is a hotel I use every time I go on a business trip. Location is good.
