The receptionists looked a little bit lost, didn't say much about the surroundings or what services they offer. They just gave us the key to the room and that was it. The room was spacious and looked exactly like the one in the picture. The location was fantastic - the new york times is in a 3 min walking distance, you'll need around 7 min to times square.

convenient location and large rooms, 24 hour gym - love it

Disappointed, room key did not work at first had to go back to reception. En-suite sink had brown water took over an hour for maintenance to come ‘resolve’. en-suite barn door came off rail and I dropped on my foot when trying to fix it. The barn door had a poor quality mirror all wavy reflection hard to use. Wanted to treat my self to room service in pyjamas but they asked me to come down to reception to collect food even though I spent a small fortune. Room service food was so expensive! And I was told I had “included breakfast” until I went to the breakfast in the morning and they said no. Also a $250 incidental charge which I still have not seen returned. Also there was a fire alarm during one of the nights. Would not recommend or stay again.

The Hotel had a renovation ! Everything is fresh and comfortable . Area is close to Time square and Central Park ..

Great location of the hotel, 2 streets away from New York Times Square! Quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. They allowed baggage storage at the hotel, which is really convenient for us to walk around the city area after checking out and before leaving New York!

The room is big and clean ,consider good in the prime location and easy access to public transport

Good location near to Time Square and bus subway station at central area, but the coffee machine is not working inside room and the deposit is more than room fee…

AC wasn’t working. Called at 1230am and was told 30~ min. Called 1am, told 15-20 min. went downstairs 130am and was told another 30-45. Nobody came up at all and was told the hotel was fully booked ( I booked the room at around 10 pm )

Affordable midtown location. In the midst of four hotels next to each other and probably very similar. Clean enough. Ac worked fine in the heatwave. The only negative is that I left something behind and it wasn’t found when I knew full well that it was taken by the housekeepers. Management said it wasn’t turned in. Not good. Staff should not be taking things that belong to customers. I wouldn’t revisit this hotel due to that

Great location but the room is very dark and the washroom is tiny. One of the front desk staff was rude.

1. 2 small lifts severing 32 floors. Extremely slow. 2. Room with hair around on check-in. 3. The wooden floor is broken with a hole in the centre of the room 4. Small shower cubicle without a door resulting in wet toilet after a shower. 5. Good location and easy access around Manhattan.

Very noisy inside and out. AC was very loud and the vent was located right next to my bed. Bathroom door was so inconvenient, doesn’t close all the way and was very hard to open and close. All of us didn’t sleep well. Very uncomfortable

The hotel provided service that is way better than my previous experience in other hotels in Manhattan. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful whenever there was a need for assistance. They are excellent employees to keep by the hotel management. My only issue is that the room cleaners do not understand English language to be able to address concerns.

The location was perfect for travelling back to the airport with ease near the main rail station. The bed was huge and comfortable, everything was clean. There was no bath which would have been nice but not essential. Wi-Fi was very fast. Staff were helpful and friendly.
