I loved the Highbridge hotel, staff was adorable and helpful, room was big and clean. I was in town to work at Lincoln center around Colombie Circle, so the location of Highbridge was ideal, just a few blocks away from the D Train, I could be there in just 20min. The neighbourhood can seem a bit rough, but I always felt safe even when coming back late at night, and honestly for the price of the room I believe it’s really the best value you could ever find in New York.

Excellent hotel! First off, the value for money is great, especially considering it's New York! Plus, it's not far from the subway, making transportation quite convenient. The staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was exceptionally good – much better than what you typically get in Europe. Highly recommended! I stayed for four days, and they only charged a $100 deposit, which was refunded on the day of check-out.

It was my third booking at this hotel for a full week. They have friendly staff (both Orlandos, who go out of their way to assist guests with their surroundings and navigation). The cleaning staff are friendly and diligent with housekeeping. The kitchen staff do their best to make the breakfast enjoyable, and it's worth it. Overall, the hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and the breakfast offers a good variety of food. It is worth every penny you pay.

The location is pretty good: near train station, plenty of eateries around. The gym has machine but lack some weights training devices.

Convenient location, well-equipped facilities, and budget-friendly – a great choice for business trips. Service: Didn't experience much. Hygiene: Pretty good. Environment: For this location and price, it's really good value for money.

Reasonable price, can’t expect for more. Convince location, just the surrounding not so clean…

Over all I enjoyed my stay! Very friendly front desk staff, convenient location to catch a bus and necessity shopping. I was impressed by the cleanness of the room, breakfast was really tasty but the only disappointment was that room slippers nor toothbrushes were provided.
