The location is very good, a lot of shops and restaurants are around. There is beautiful lobby, rooms with big windows and great view. Unfortunately there is no breakfast at the hotel, they recommend to go to Starbucks which is right next to the hotel.

Biggest disappointments in this hotel was that we paid $1k for ONE NIGHT for a ball drop view room. We could see the ball drop which was great, but we couldn’t see the performances from our window which was fine, we could just watch them on tv right? WRONG! Our tv was BROKEN. It took an hour and a half for them to get it fixed, (replaced) and even once they got the new one in, it took another 15 minutes to program it. We missed viewing half of the performers we wanted to watch. You would expect a $1k a night room to be pristine, but the bathtub looked like it was out of someone’s grandmas house. It was quite stained (you can tell it was the product of years and years of dirt buildup) and the shower barely worked. Overall quite disappointed. It was the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in NYC and the most money I’ve ever paid. On the bright side the staff were very nice and the lobby looked expensive, but who cares if this does not translate to the actual room you’re sleeping in.

For it to be such a nice place there was nothing special about the rooms. No refrigerator, microwave, or even a lock box for your belongings. For the price per night even if it's not in your room those things should be offered to you

Located in the center of Times Square, next to various Broadway theaters, shopping shops and restaurants, it is very convenient to travel The hotel is a bit old, the facilities in the room are a bit old, but the price is very high

The hotel is excellent, clean, beautiful, facing Times Square, the only thing missing is a minibar in the rooms.

I like it very much. It's a one-minute walk from the supermarket and McDonald's.

Living on the 16th floor, which is the so-called 2nd floor, because the 15th floor is the lobby on the first floor, the carpet is wet, and there is no view, because the terrace is higher than the room, and the miscellaneous pipes block the view. I originally wanted to see the scenery, but I didn't expect to see a lonely one. speechless

The room map of the hotel is far from reality. Although it is in Manhattan, the price of nearly 2000 can not be considered a low-end hotel, but the room is old and broken, the air conditioner is broken, there is no mineral water snacks for free, no disposable slippers, and even the sheets are dirty . Very unpleasant stay experience. Everyone try to see it on other platforms in the future, Ctrip is too pitiful.

Because of the hotel’s mistakes, our check-in experience was affected and we were almost forced to check out. Although the solution was solved, the experience was very poor. The attitude of the person who knocked on the door and called us to check out was very bad.
