Good service, fast check in, staff are friendly. Room is clean, good location.

No bed sheets available for the second bed, the 3of us had to share one bed ! It was no clean , the area is weird and to me this is not an Hyatt Hotel

Hotel is quite far from downtown, this place not look like that you are in USA New York. Pay more and suggest to stay somewhere near grand central if you are here for travel.

The room was so clean with good service, location was also good for near Indian restaurants and other nice places to visit and see there. Memorable stay!

Room was very large and clean, and had a fridge / kettle, etc. Ice machine on every floor which is great on hot summer days. Pretty quiet despite being on a busy street in Flushing. Slightly disappointing breakfast - disposable packaging, everything in plastic, felt fairly low quality for the price of the hotel.

The hotel is located near the Flushing Main St subway station with 2 malls near it's proximity. The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. They provide free breakfast with a good enough spread to get the day started. Overall it's a great deal for all the price.

The location of the hotel is in China town where Chinese restaurants, stores and grocery stores around it. Most of the customers were Chinese. It is close to the subway station, takes about 7 minutes to get there, but takes at least 30 minutes to get to Manhattan by train. We spent a lot of time on commute. If you want to visit Manhattan, I recommend staying in Manhattan. The highlight of the staying was breakfast which was perfect. However, I can’t believe that the hotel does not provide water, and we had to pay for water.

I was very satisfied staying at The Hyatt Plaza .Friendly people, easy check-in and check-out. Hotel room was very clean and spacious, nice view. Bed was very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

This hotel was so much more than I expected. The staff was helpful & cordial. The room was large, clean & quiet. It is in a very busy area, but I did not hear a thing from my room. I would recommend this hotel 10 out of 10. I will stay there again the next time I’m in town.

Nice hotel. Clean, updated, lots to do in the area, close pay parking. I would go back. Breakfast was included too.

Great location for Flusing area. Very friendly staff. Quickly moved my room to a quieter region after a midnight request. Will come back again for sure if staying in the area.

Everything else is good but just a little bit cold in the night, the heater only can set to 80 degrees.
