Great hotel with friendly staff and an amazing location. We’ll definitely stay here again.

第二次入住。地理位置絕佳，景觀一流。衹是清潔房間不及時，需要自己電話或一樓前台要求才會打掃。

Second stay. Excellent location, great view. Just the room was not cleaned in time, need to call or request the front desk on the first floor to clean.

我用我的血淚史告訴大家：不要因為它毗鄰911遺址公園，就作出飲鴆止渴的預訂。進屋就得立馬上炕的寬度。前台告知衹有客人要求才進行客房打掃等服務。門外樓道若碰見其他人迎面走來都得錯身。唯一可以誇的就是公共區域有空瓶子接飲用水。

Let me tell you with my history of blood and tears: Don’t make a reservation to drink poison to quench your thirst just because it is adjacent to the 9/11 Relic Park. When you enter the house, you have to immediately adjust the width of the Kang. The front desk informed that room cleaning and other services are only performed upon request. If you meet other people walking in front of you in the corridor outside the door, you will be wrong. The only thing that can be boasted is that there are empty bottles for drinking water in the public area.

The location of this hotel is very good. You can walk to Wall Street and Copper Bull. It is also very convenient to go to Battery Park and take a boat to Liberty Island. The price is not cheap

I was asked to provide a credit card when we arrived during check-in. The receptionist told me I had to deposit 130 $ with the hotel. As I have problems with my credit card, I offered to pay cash 130 $. The receptionist rejected it. When I asked why 130 $ money was worse than 130 $ on my credit card, he explained that actually, the hotel wanted more than 130$. When I asked why he lied to me in the first place, he didn't answer. Then I said I would like to get to my room as I had already paid for it. The answer was that I would not get the key to my room, and this was it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he told me he was the manager. Finally, when I asked for a person to whom the receptionist reports, he said he would be the following day, but he couldn't give me an exact time. As I was traveling with 10-year-old child, I gave him my problematic credit card, hoping that I would avoid problems and get a key in return. When I asked questions about the hotel, he ignored me and turned to the next guess. So I got a key, but I know nothing about the hotel, facilities etc. ”Great service”. I regret I made that choice.

This hotel is well located in Downtown New York, right next to the 911 memorial. Lots of trains in the neighbourhood.  The room is small but cosy and clean. Microwave and refrigerator are provided in the room, which is very convenient. Hotel also provide free water and coffee all day long.  Very friendly staff upon our checkin.   

Great hotel.  Will hold your bags.  Great steak resultant directly next door.
