Wonderful hotel. The receptionist are very kind and helpful. Rooms are quite big compared to other NYC resorts. Although stay fees are a bit high - comparable to Vegas 5 stars resorts.

The room is very good, very spacious, clean and tidy, and the service is good. If I go again, I will definitely choose this hotel first. Friends who like it should not miss it. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location in Midtown Manhattan. a 10-15 minute walk to theaters, Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, shopping, transportation, restaurants and more. It’s just iff the beaten path enough to be in a neighborhood atmosphere, with plenty of options for food, coffee and drinks nearby. The room was large, clean and with plenty of amenities and the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. The location is great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here if you need a room in midtown manhattan.

The stay was fine, one problem for us was we could hear the elevator during our entire stay, so try not to book a room near the elevator.

We stay at the San Carlos every time we visit Manhattan - several times each year. We always find a warm welcome here, and we enjoy the spacious junior suites, when available.

We drive 15 hour car and w came here at 10:00 a.m. and chking time is 3:00 p.m. i and my children 6 hour wait for room. And not clean room. Under chair i find old socks pair. This is terrible

This location was amazing. Super close to the subway and great restaurants everywhere around it. Walking distance to times square, 5th avenue, saint Patricks cathedral. The beds were extremely comfortable. Nice and quiet too. I would stay again. Great value!

The rooms we had at San Carlos hotel were above average in size for NYC. It was in a quiet location with plenty of restaurants in the area. Beds were very comfortable, staff were welcoming. Overall a nice stay

We had a great time at the San Carlos. It’s in a great location & the space you get is amazing for NYC. It’s a little older hotel but clean & the staff is helpful & friendly. We’d definitely stay there again

Comfortable stay with my family of 4 with two teens. Spacious room with King bed and Queen sofa bed. Appreciated kitchenette!

Wonderful lobby, staff, and beds/bedding. Rooms and bathrooms in great condition. Had issues with the A/C going out, and the shower drain clogging. Both reported and fixed asap, responsiveness from staff was awesome.
