Right in Times Square ! can get a little noisy , but that can be fixed with a couple of earplugs , for the location !

Room is ok. Location is superb. Cleanliness & Services need significant improvement. Call for all services need to wait for a day. Cannot tolerated the 5 stars hotel like this. Will not recommend to stay there again, as not value for money.

best location. They give you food and beverage credits that you can use at the 8f restaurant. Restaurant is very good.Gym is big and has a good number of treadmills.

First, I'd like to thank Daniel, Efren, Omar, and the entire staff for their excellent service. They made this trip truly enjoyable and demonstrated why one should choose to stay at the CDMX above all other options. The hotel is beautiful and a truly luxurious experience. Furthermore, this hotel is in the middle of everything. It's very easy to walk to nearly every tourist destination and it's right on the hop on/hop off bus route. I would highly recommend for you trip to CDMX.

Everything was perfect just one thing’s, if can not provide microwave in the room at least, provide one in the lobby or restaurant so the guest can warm up food. And i got amazon package ( 1 bowl and glass ) received by mailrooms then we need to pay just for receiving our package that’s not sense ( I bought 1 glass on amazon $18 and i need to pay $12 just for received the package )

The location was fantastic for a family looking to stay in the touristy areas.

We arrived little bit earlier (30 min - 1 hour), and they offer early check-in. I appreciate it! However, I did not have full understanding for destination fee & pre-charging system.

There is no drinking water in the room. Not even for purchase. You need to pay exorbitant prices like 8 US dollars for a bottle of water at the 8th floor gift shop or walk 10 minute to a nearby store. Receptionist did not bother to tell this and it took mea while to figure out this unbelievable reality. Why can't they sort out such a basic need?
