We stayed at the Westin Hotel in New York and had a great experience overall. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our rooms were comfortable and nice.
The rooms could have been a little better in some areas, but we also felt that we got what we paid for, so we were satisfied with the value. We booked two rooms and were happy with both of them.
The location was excellent — very close to the train station, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Times Square was about a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which made it very convenient for exploring the city.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again.

The room was very average, with old and outdated facilities. The towels were so stiff they could stand upright, and I have pictures to prove it. The security was very high. The hotel didn't offer breakfast, which was very disappointing. There was an older lady from Shanghai at the front desk who was very nice and made me feel very welcome! The bedside lamp in the room was broken and kept flickering, making it unusable!

The room is really nice. Enough space and the gym is reallly good. With free water in gym fyi. Only thing is rom 3010 the flush need ti be fixed. Next time I’ll come again.

Great location right by the Charles River, and the river view rooms are fantastic. They offer a shuttle service to Harvard and MIT, plus pick-up/drop-off for several attractions, which is incredibly convenient.

The deposit was quite high at $300, and they charged it every two or three days for various taxes. So, on top of the room rate, there was an additional charge of about $50 per night. The refund process for the deposit was also slow. When I checked in, I had to make sure the door was locked from the inside, as the cleaning staff entered my room twice without knocking. After I reported it, a manager handled the situation quite sincerely. The facilities were a bit old, but the location was convenient, not far from Grand Central Station, the Empire State Building, Times Square, and Fifth Avenue. However, the management definitely needs improvement.
