Location and facilities are great. Close to the subway station and they have a gym and a place for breakfast. However, our room had a really strong smell that is coming from the carpet which smelled like bleach covering some vomit or stinky milk. It was so bad the minute you enter the room you can smell it. We tried opening the window for the whole night, the smell’s still here. Tried seek help from the front desk and they said they sent a machine to suck out the air in the room. But when we’re back to the room, it still stinks. Also, the blanket for the sofa bed seems dirty, it has a lot of stains on it…

Looks like it will be my long stay as location is perfect, no other complaints, thank you for the help from Mimi and Marta.

Very clean and very very nice staff! Great location for our needs during our trip. Would highly recommend. The only minor suggestion for improvement is that the little 24/7 snack shop off of the lobby was sparsely stocked and had very little variety, BUT there is a Walgreens right next door (although it is not open 24 hours).

Perfect to sleep in while doing touristy things out in the city. Housekeeping did an amazing job daily. Pillows were way too soft. Our biggest complaint was the ac never went below 75. We were told because the heater was on for the hotel. Maintenance provided a fan for our stay but it was still too hot at night to sleep comfortably and didnt cool our room down. I refused to open the windows with 3 little curious running around.

Location in mid-town is good, nearby subway station, convenient store, and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. During our stay, the elevators were not working well which led to excessive waiting times; and I opted to walk down 21 floors several times. Otherwise, our visit was good.

When I booked the hotel hotel, it had free Continental breakfast, when I arrived, I was specifically told by the front desk, lady we did not have breakfast included. The potable water was filthy

We liked the location of this hotel. Away from busy Times Square but within walking distance. Subway stop across the street. Walgreens drug store next to the hotel was very convenient for snacks and other needs. I felt the hotel room and furniture was a little worn out but the room was spacious for five people.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning and were able to do early check-in. We very much appreciated that after a long red eye flight. Location was great, walking distance to subway station. Room was good size and clean.

We had a lovely stay at the Courtyard! The service was excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. We appreciated that our requests were answered in a timely and helpful manner. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfortable and convenient place to stay in NYC!

Room was stoning, view unless parcial but can see a good part of the city, location very convenient, I am very satisfied, thank you.

Good location, EVERY staff member I encounter was extremely friendly! We arrived early and were able to check in and also given a later check out. Overall very happy with our stay.

We stayed at a corner room and the view was amazing, room was pretty clean, we had everything we needed.The only thing we didn’t liked was the noise at night. The lady next to our room was on the phone the whole night and we heard her conversation like she was inside of our room.
