General experience there is fair but we were annoyed by the automatic light in the bathroom. When we were showering, the light was automatically turned off so eventually we had to shower in the dark.

Sink was not working properly. Water did not run through easily.. room lighting not the best. Light Bedding sheets.

Reasonable price, safe location in Upper East Side and big room.

The location is very convenient. Recommended!

Playing normally, the location is not bad

Poor air circulation in rooms. Had to have the air on all night. Sofa bed was broken. Place is a bit run down

Staff were most unhelpful at assisting us with transportation to the airport despite asking in advance of our need to get a taxi to the airport. Two different staff members insisted we would have no trouble hailing a taxi out the front of the hotel and that they couldn’t arrange for a taxi to collect us from the hotel. We spent 45 minutes in van trying to do so before we were advised that they have a direct phone service that we could ise ourselves to arrange a taxi. They even sent an elderly lady out the front of the hotel to hail a taxi by herself. It was only after we advised her to go back inside the hotel and get the hotel staff to help her that they provided any assistance to her. Poor performance from hotel staff with our only request from them in our 8 night stay.

The mattress had a huge dip on one side. The AC didn’t work, the room stayed hot and stuffy all night.

Room was clean. Shower was good. Only 1 teabag is not enough and 1 day it was decaf in the room. Helpful staff.

Pros: Not far away from the subway q and n which are convenient, clean and new. Also close to parks nearby to enjoy the east river views. Cons: The price is quite considering there were much cheaper options with better amenities in downtown. The common spaces were quite limited.

We were there for 15 days. The room service was okay, however, the rooms were dusty and were not vacuumed everytime we wanted service. If you want to sleep in mornings, you will get woken by slamming doors. The location was perfect because I was there for medical appointments at Lennox Hill Hospital so it was close by and wasnt exspensive by Uber. There was a full pharmacy a few blocks away and grocery store on the corner nearby if needed. I appreciated the unlimited complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and infused water, a definite plus. The gym was great as well and the laundry facilities. The hotel definitely can benefit having a continental breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if needed. Minor fixes would have gotten them a 5 star from me otherwise.

It was a good trip we were there for my sons heart surgery. The Marriott was very comfortable clean couldn’t ask for better. It was in a good area near where the hospital is so it was very convenient to get back-and-forth from the hotel to the hospital. The staff at the hotel was very gracious, especially a young man by the name of Florentino, who was very helpful to us.

There was no lotion in the room. Housekeeper came in even though sign was on door handle. No luggage rack for suitcase.

My in laws were visiting so I booked them a room here and their elevator broke the first night and they were stuck in there for nearly 30 min without any help on the way. My father in law had to open itself. Second night they had poor treatment from hotel staff when asking for a bag of ice
