AMTD Idea Tribeca Hotel

We had a room facing the road. Not quite sound proof from road noise. Location is good, walking distance to WTC and Broadway and Xhinatown. Also just above the A,C,E subway lines. However the station on Canal St has no elevator access. Difficult if you have heavy luggage. Staff is courteous.

Excellent place, good location, accessible to Broadway and multiple subway lines. The front desk staff was very nice to allow early check in after red eye flight. When we asked for extra bath towel, they delivered immediately. There was coffee provide in the morning around 9ish.

Great location with easy access to A/C/E subway line, and short walking distance to SoHo and Chinatown. Room size is quite large in NYC standard. Hotel room is a bit dated but provides overall comfort nevertheless. We will stay here again in the future.

This hotel was great! It had a great location and the rooms are clean and tidy. They have a mini fridge and microwave with a coffe maker. It has everything you would need for your stay in Tribeca

The location is super amazing as canal street is very popular for shopping and small events. The room we booked was for 4 people (2 x double beds), However the size of the room was very small & was just enough to sleep only. The staff at the hotel reception was really super amazing. There are no water bottles provided & you have to get it filled from the basement with your own water bottle.

I can’t really give this hotel a review, cause they turned us away when we arrived for checked in. They told us that they were over booked & sent us to Holiday Inn Express instead. I have paid a non refundable booking about a month ago and paid for a king room that they advertised.They didn’tveven offer us a taxi to take us to the other hotel that is not a king size room at all. I have to asked the manager to booked us a taxi , cause we were so tired already waking up bery early to  catched our 4,5 hrs plane. Holiday Inn Express has lovely service though , but the room is very small.

Great location, lots of coffee, food and beverage options!

The hotel is on an excellent location in Tribeca Lower Manhattan. Many tourist landmarks are at a walking distance. Subway is located adjacent to the hotel. The room is good size and very comfortable. Plus complimentary bottled water at reception, hot chocolate from 3 pm daily. Check-in staff is nice and welcoming. A special thanks to Mabel Vargas for her professionalism and customer focus.

The hotel is well located, there is some area nearby that probably its not the safest, but its one of the best options around tribeca, walking distance to Soho. Rooms are not too small for being NYC, baggage storage its very convenient. Negative things: The only have dry laundry service. No common areas to work from.
