I don't know if it's because all New York hotels are expensive, but they had to clean every two days, which was very inconvenient. This is a hotel that I used to go to often because it has convenient transportation, but the cleaning problem is very disappointing.

Stayed in this hotel for a week because it is close to NYU. During the stay, the room was not cleaned in time because I extended my stay. The gym is on the basement floor, there is no signal, and the air conditioning is not turned on. After reporting it to the hotel staff, they did not deal with it. The service of the whole hotel is average and not very enthusiastic. In the morning, it is not a buffet, but a fixed menu. The taste and service are quite good, but it is a bit monotonous if you eat the same thing for 7 or 8 days in a row. The room rate is about 2,000, which is not cheap. The advantage is that the lobby provides free coffee and tea to take away in the morning, which is quite convenient.
