It's very good. It's near the office and very convenient to go anywhere. But the room rate is not cheap during the period. The environment is very good, very clean and tidy. This is my second stay.

The toilet is easily clogged and annoying. The elevator is very slow and requires queuing. Breakfast is too simple, equivalent to express hotel standards.

The air conditioner in the room is too old and breaks easily. The sound is very loud and affects sleep. However, the location is good. It is close to Macy's Department Store. The transportation is very convenient. The breakfast is average. You need to queue up during peak hours.

I think it's pretty good to have a hotel like this in a place like the Empire State Building that mainly provides breakfast. The space inside the room is not too small. If there are two people with less luggage, it will be very spacious. It is enough for the three of us and a cat.

Of all the expensive hotels in Manhattan, this was the one I chose because it was cost-effective. Aside from the size of the room being a little smaller than expected, I was satisfied with the service and location. A godsend, there are three delicious Korean restaurants right next to the hotel. This accommodation contributed to my wife’s love for Korean food. nice! I think this will be remembered as a place where I can stay again when I go to Manhattan.

The location of the hotel is convenient, suitable for both business and travel. The hotel breakfast is very affordable and offers free coffee throughout the day. The elevators are very crowded during peak hours, so get out early.
