This time, I ended up in a room where, despite having windows, hardly any light from outside came in, making the room very dark. It was a standard double-bed room, but the size of the room was sufficient. I was disappointed by the front desk staff, as their responses at check-in and to other inquiries lacked a sense of kindness. The rooftop bar was very lively, bustling with many customers every day. The restaurant and bar on the first floor also had good food and drinks, and the staff were pleasant. There seemed to be many young guests, and it was very noisy at night with people being loud in the hallway and their rooms.

Except location, not a place to recommend to others

Every year when I come to New York, the only major drawback is that it is expensive. Hahaha. To be honest, since I was traveling with friends, I wanted to choose a hotel with a better value for money. I didn’t have high expectations for this hotel at first. After all, it felt like a business hotel. Since my friends traveled at different times, we booked twin beds at first. Later, it became two rooms. The front desk lady directly upgraded us to two rooms for free. It was a suite. We didn’t need to check out and check in again, which saved a lot of procedures. It was really user-friendly and great.

The overall experience was extremely bad. There were no slippers, no water, and no towels. Because of the language barrier, I thought of the front desk to help me book a car, but I was told that this service was only provided when going to the airport!

The overall environment is pretty good, but there is no microwave and the refrigerator does not refrigerate well.

The hotel is on Seventh Avenue and 26th Street. The rooms in downtown hotels are generally small, and the luggage can only be placed in the aisle. The nearby parking lot costs $30 a night. It is very convenient to travel to scenic spots and have breakfast!

The room arrangement on the floor is very compact, there are many shops at the door, and dining is very convenient. Traveling is also very convenient, and the hotel service is also good. Check-in is required at 16:00, otherwise you need to pay USD 25 to check in early.

It's only one street away from my daughter's school, FIT, which is very convenient. Room service is also very nice. I will still choose here next time I come to New York to visit my daughter.

My friends from Malaysia come to live in a nearby two-star hotel with a better attitude than this one. Definitely won't be staying here again
