The room floor is not that clean at all. Services is slow. I requested extra blanket 4 times (6hrs) until it was ultimately delivered. There is daily service charge not included in trip booking, which Extra hidden fee. Few staff on luggage storage. No staff at the door to help on luggage at all. Won’t recommend this hotel to any one.

Location is good! Room id cozy,clean. stuffs are very friendly,drugstore supermarket ,drugstore,deli shop near by. Room is Not so wide but it has bathtub. No fridge is bad point.

Good atmosphere for weekend live music and make u feel like welcomed ! Very accessible to the underground and a lot of eatery with good food in reasonable price . Safe community .

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean. It’s a nice walk to downtown and to the park.

A Great hotel in NYC is hard to find if you are watching your dollars, this was a perfect choice, value, and experience. The hotel is beautiful, with service A+ and bar, breakfast offerings, and a great NY restaurant just next door. Will book again, and I'm a New Yorker!

The taxi driver did not find the door and the entrance gate was not at the address registered on the website.

This was a really nice boutique hotel in a great location in the upper west side. Near subway and lots of restaurants. Lively lobby and good vibes.

Great location, convenient to subways, restaurants and stores. Comfy beds. Only complaint, the description of our room said it had a window, which we thought meant some sort of view. It looked at cement wall

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. There are many choices of hotels in the surrounding area. The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is good.

I have to say that hotels in New York are really too expensive, and the price/performance ratio is incomparable with domestic hotels. It can only be said that you can rest your feet, not to mention comfortable. The bed is not too small, soft and comfortable, but other places are very, very average

The location is good, close to the Natural History Museum and Central Park. It's nice to have a restaurant and bar on the first floor where you can eat right away. The staff were also friendly!!! I was embarrassed because the hotel description said that Wi-Fi was paid, but they said it was free, so I used it well. If you are going to use it, I think it would be good to ask in advance!!!

First of all, the location was great and even the lobby was great, but it was a bit absurd that the room was very old and there was no basic refrigerator. There was no soap. And even though it was not a very cold day, it was cold because the heater didn't work well. However, the sound is much louder than expected. As for the cleanliness... … . it was so bad
