A wired smell in the room on Club floor. Hurt our throat very much！ Windows cannot be open. Ask for room service help. No good idea but open the door to get fresh air 😅🥹 Front desk staff had nice attitude and asked how’s everything when checkout…😂😂

The front desk service is poor. They are obviously Chinese. They know Chinese but say they are not Chinese. They look down on Chinese people. They speak English and Cantonese. Are they trying to show how capable they are? I will never stay in such a hotel again.
