We were happy about everything during our stay at the hotel. Room was very clean, the staff including counter staff and cleaners were excellent, the location is perfect for travellers who are visiting the NYC, the view from the room was spectacular, and the breakfast was awesome! Highly recommend it!

Good location, very convenient, good breakfast. The gym is good, laundry is easy to use. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Except the bathroom door is broken.

Amazing views with an excellent location, just between Times Square and Central Park. We have some issues upon check-in but the associates were able to help as much as possible. Will definitely consider it next time.

The room has a great visual effect, with a basic panoramic view of Central Park, Times Square, and the Hudson River in the distance. It is beautiful both day and night, great, and the service attitude is superb

Located on Broadway, it is a five to ten minute walk to Central Park, Broadway Theaters and Carnegie Hall, Sixth Avenue, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The room is quite clean, but when I entered the room, I found that the transparent curtains were half-fallen off. The bedside lamp was broken, and the shower was leaking. I don't know how to check and maintain it regularly.

I booked a regular king-size bed room with a city view, but there was a problem with the bathroom ceiling. I was later moved to a room with a Central Park view on a higher floor. It takes almost 1.5 hours from the hotel to the airport. It is true that JFK is a bit far. The New York trip is about to end perfectly. See you in New York!

Small. Not worth the price. At least 30% overestimated. There are too many hotels of the same level nearby. I will not stay here again if I am in Manhattan next time. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. I had to climb down from more than 40 floors... It's hard to describe. Cleaning is arranged every afternoon, and the room is clean and tidy. The location is close to Central Park and convenient for shopping. The buffet breakfast here can be taken away, which is rare in other places. It's located halfway between Central Park and Times Square, so it's easy to get around, and rooms are available starting from the 36th floor, so the view is great. The breakfast on the 4th floor has a variety of options and there is also a Starbucks, so it is convenient. There is a fitness room and laundry room on the 35th floor, so it is convenient to use. I checked out on the 2nd, but the deposit has not been refunded yet. I hope this part is dealt with quickly.

The location of Home Hotel is better, close to Central Park. The room is small, the breakfast is simple, American breakfast, the hotel is humane, there is free coffee, ice cream in the afternoon, except for the small space, everything else is OK
