Comfortable bed and space in the room. Yes it's small as people say but it's adequate if you want to hang on the rooftop bar or living spaces on the first floor, which are wonderful. The view from the rooftop bar and sitting areas are magical. The phone in the room never worked during my 3 night stay, so I had to go downstairs when I had a question or needed something. Location can't be beat. Noise from other rooms and in the hall travels to yours but for some reason (I am usually annoyed by noise) didn't bother me that much. The gym is limited: it has two benches and free weights and aerobic (treadmill, steps, cycling) machines. The staff is friendly and helpful, except the person who checked me in didn't tell me about the facilities and that you had to opt into housekeeping. The computer to check out didn't work, and I almost missed an uber as a result. So glitches throughout. Check out the 2 slices of pizza and a soda for $5 nearby.

One of THE most uncomfortable hotels we have stayed in. One small backless stool for sitting - hello! There are two of us! King sized bed enclosed by the walls. Have to climb over partner to get out of bed. No top sheet, just a duvet. Not a real comfortable seat in the entire hotel. On a positive note it seemed safe and secure. Will never choose citizenM again!

Das Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich gut gelegen; Mitten in Manhattan. Dadurch bietet es einen super guten Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Museen, Restaurants und Hotspots wie den Time Square, Central Park usw. Es ist vom Konzept her jung, offen und mit viel frischem Wind geführt. So zB kann man wählen, wann der Zimmerservice nötig ist, um die Umwelt zu schonen. An den anderen Tagen spendet das Hotel dafür an wohltätige Institutionen einen Beitrag: safe the planet wird hier ernst genommen, das Self-check-In und check-out erfolgt am Bildschirm unten am Eingang und wird durch einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter begleitet. Im Zimmer ist die Steuerung von Licht, Temperaturen, TV und Jalousien übers Ipad möglich, mega cool. Im 21st Stock hat es eine Bar mit atemberaubender Aussicht über Manhattan. Die Preise für Cocktails, Getränke und Knabbereien sind hier oben überdurchschnittlich hoch. Wir bezahlten knapp 50$ für einen Negroni, einen CampariOrange und ein Popcorn mit Trinkgeld! Das fanden wir doch sehr teuer. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und man kann sich von sehr freundlichem Personal feinste Kaffeegetrönke zubereiten lassen. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel im Schmerztiegel von NYC Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

This hotel and staff exceeded my expectations in every single way. The space is so inviting and felt like its own oasis in the middle of Manhattan. Stephanie and Kevin are two of the most amazing humans I’ve met and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff wants to be here and it shows in every interaction. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else now. It felt like community and I already miss the welcoming energy.
