Not bad

Very nice. When checking in, the front desk also gave you a champagne token. You can go to the bar on the first floor to order a drink, which is very nice! The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is good, but it takes a long time to wait!

The location is very good, close to the 33rd and 34th street subway stations, very close to the path station and the train station, and can be reached on foot. The room is small but adequate. Close to the road is quite quiet. You can see the Empire State Building from the roof garden. The variety of free breakfast is relatively monotonous. I stayed for more than a week and didn't change the variety unless I ordered something else.

Average facilities. Location is central and convenient.

You can see the night view of the Empire State Building from the roof! highly recommended!

The room is small. The location is good. But not like the Hyatt series. Poor service

I had to wait over an hour to check in. No water on the first day. The coffee machine was broken. The air conditioner didn't work properly either. Next time, I'll have to stay somewhere else near the subway station.

The staff was friendly. 1 free drink per room per night stayed. Hotel was clean. Small rooms w/ low beds but comfortable. Restaurant/bar on site. 7 minutes from MSG. Park Ave was 2 blocks away. Many Asian restaurants being in Korea town. Many subway stations in a 5-10 minute walking radius.

Stopped by for a night the staff was friendly, the bartender was real cool, the check in and out was nice and smooth. I received 3 free drinks 2 chilled bottles of water was waiting on me in the room it was perfect timing also I got a token for a free soda but you can get a glass of champagne but I am not much of a drinker. Over all the place was clean and it had a real chill vibe some of these hotels stays can be quite iffy in New York but at least here there was a sincere effort to make a good impression.

They charged us extra for parking and unfairly took money from us. They were also extremely rude and disrespectful to customers.
