We should be able to accumulate IGH points while booking.

Won't ever stay here with the family again, for the following reasons: 1. Room is very small 2. More than 32 floors but with only 2 lifts 3. Location is walkable to Times Square and 42nd St Metro, but there's always people smoking **** outside 4. No mini fridge to store your own food 5. No self laundry facility The staff are nice though.

The location is very convenient. The subway station is very close. It is also very convenient to take a coach to New Jersey at the bus station next to it.

The room is very good. I live with my colleagues. The environment is very comfortable. The room is big enough, clean and tidy. It is also close to the client's location when I am on a business trip. It is really good. I will come here again next time

It's so bad that it explodes, the sound insulation is almost non-existent, I can't sleep well every night, the door needs to be opened violently, the bedding is also poor, and I was allergic to bug bites during my stay here, and it hasn't disappeared until now. You have to wait a long time to go up. It's really the worst hotel I've ever stayed in on a business trip in New York.

The hotel is on 39th Street, very close to Times Square, and it is very convenient to have Chinese restaurants nearby. The breakfast is American style, with sausages, meatloaf, and egg bread. Breakfast is 7-10:00, but it's best to go before 8 o'clock, and you can't sit down directly after 9 o'clock. After 11:00 p.m., the door will be closed, and you need to swipe your card to enter. Some waiters even cleaned the room without tipping. From July to August, the peak tourist season costs more than 1,800 a day

Good location, close to pharmacies, train station to move from north to south, close to Moynihan Train Hall to get from Newark only by train.

The location is pretty good. The facilities are everything. The surrounding feels quite safe. It is considered a cost-effective hotel in Manhattan.

Good location, five minutes walk from the subway station. In such a location and at such a price, the price/performance ratio is very good. Free breakfast, no problem eating full. There are not many tricks, but still the same sentence, look at the cost performance. The room is not big, enough.

The rooms in New York are small, and every inch of space is as expensive as Japan. Tipping is required every day, otherwise, housekeeping is not ideal. There is no taxi service, and the water in the room needs to be requested from the front desk, one bottle per person per day. There is an additional charge for receiving express delivery (was waived after discussion). The breakfast is very ordinary, but New York is generally expensive, as if most hotels are ordinary. It seems that they are unwilling to answer questions at the front desk, and they do not provide surrounding information. There are no toothbrushes and slippers, only shampoo, soap, shower gel and body lotion. The soap and lotion are from dove, and the fragrance is okay.
