Good stay at the Residence Inn, the hotel is perfectly located near WTC station so pretty easy to get from Newark to the Hotel

The hotel was nice, cozy, comfortable. However one downside is the housekeeping was slightly inconsistent. When i check in, dish washer detergent, toilet soap bar was not present, there are plates that are not cleaned properly in dishwasher. Other then those, nothing more to complain. Location is perfect

Upon check-in, the room was not in an acceptable condition. The shower curtain was missing, and the pots provided were incompatible with the induction cooktop, making them unusable. After I raised this with housekeeping, the replacements provided appeared to be old and taken from storage rather than appropriate kitchenware. Additionally, the dishes available in the room were dirty, the bathtub contained visible hair, and basic amenities such as tea bags were missing. These are fundamental standards that should be ensured prior to assigning a room to a guest. The on-duty front office manager, Ms. Gisselle’s response to my concerns was disappointing. She appeared nonchalant and did not offer an apology for the inconvenience caused. Instead, she stated she would pass the matter to housekeeping. More concerningly, she suggested that it is not the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that items like dishes are clean before handing over the room.

The room was modern, spacious, and very clean, with a comfortable king bed and a nice balcony that added a relaxing touch. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, always happy to help with any questions. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to get around Bridgwater and explore nearby attractions. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I’d happily stay here again.

The location was very convenient. The room was quite comfortable and fairly clean. Breakfast was ok but it was always crowded and there were not enough seats. The bartender, Daniel, is so friendly and makes perfect drinks!

Good location close to the subway and have free breakfast. The staff was nice and friendly however room is a bit dusty. 9/10
