Great budget hotel To stay around Harlem !

Service is pretty good

Very not recommended! ! ! The air conditioner is very loud, but it's not as good as the deafening motorcycle sound outside the window, and the sound of racing cars accelerating, it's like sleeping on the road. I hardly fell asleep all night, even with my ears plugged! The price does not match the location, even more expensive than Times Square.

The service is super good. The handsome black man at the front desk feels very close and helpful. He greets everyone every time he enters and exits. Thank you very much

The surrounding environment is average, close to Columbia

While the room was on the smaller side, it was laid out very well to make the best use of the space. Having the room split so that the “living” quarters were facing the windows was great, it really lit up the room during the day. That being said the lights in the shower area were not very bright in comparrison. The ac worked very well, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and made great recommendations for dining.

Aloft Harlem is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. The staff is welcoming and hospitable. The location is ideal and easy to get to. It’s right around the corner from the Apollo Theater.

Property is conveniently located in Harlem and the staff was pleasant. However the room was small and worn, no microwave in room, and tiny fridge. Probably will not be my 1st choice to stay when I return to Harlem.

This hotel could use some updating. Half of the machines in the gym don't work and the carpets are very old and dingy. The staff is terrific but wish the hotel itself was a bit fresher

Aloft Harlem, was a wonderful place to stay. Each member of the team was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, with a beautiful bar and perfect location. I will be back!
