Paramount Hotel Times Square Reviews

I arrived at 10:30pm after a 16-hour flight The hotel was overbooked and the staff on-site was a mess trying to find a solution. Some peope didn't get to check-in and had to stay somewhere else. I was one of few "lucky" ones who got to check in after more than an hour after arriving. The room was not clean (see the pics). A staff of the hotel opened the door randomly and said he thought the room was empty. There's no water in the room. The air conditioner was awfully loud. The staff asked for my email at check-in, saying that they would send a receipt by email after I checked out. It's been more than 2 weeks now and I still haven't received the receipt.

Staying at the Paraount New York on Broadway offered a delightful experience. The hotel's prime location provided easy access to Broadway shows and Times Square. Worth for location

Was very amazed by this hotel. The location is perfect 2min by walk from Times Square, the staff is very friendly the hotel is clean but a bit busy in the lobby but the hotel is massive with a lot of guests so understandable and last but not least my room was perfect Highly recommend!

Its a comfy cozy corner around Times Square. It would be great if you want to stay around times square. Have a good time

The hotel is dirty this hotel must be 2 Star ⭐️ please .. heater is not working staff not friendly at all . I waisted my money 💰 170USD The price is too high the hotel is not up to standard 🥲🥲🥲🥲 Pleased don’t Book there please 🙏 you will waisted your money and your time .. so tress full hotel 🏨

it was a good place to stay. But bring toothbrush and toothpaste.

Great location but very noisy. Air con very old and noisy- when it worked. No facilities in room - no kettle or even glasses or paper cups. No fridge. ice and water only available on one floor and some times the flow was reduced to a trickle. Internet was intermittent and kept going off. Water wasn’t very hot. Lobby is amazing but behind that facade not that great

Great location if you’re looking for a place near the theaters. Really close to Times Square. Noisy construction will wake you up promptly at 8am if your room face the street as they’re building right by hotel. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The location is perfect close to everything in Times Square, the rooms are pretty small that a microwave or refrigerator are not available. The concierge was professional.
