Location is very nice but the behaviour of staff is not good kind of rude

From start to finish the staff was nothing short of exceptional. From the front desk to housekeeping the service was top notch. Highly recommended!

I regret booking this hotel, i spent New Year there but i regret booking the hotel, the room is small, no toothbrush, no slippers and i woke up to shower around 11 am no hot water, this is surprising in New York City and i spent almost $700 / night, what makes me angry the most was i booked the hotel on Trip.com i paid but when i arrived the ask me about $43 for tax i told them no problem i will pay but they are telling me they don’t collect cash and i don’t have card with me, the security advised me to buy a gift card and pay with which i confirm with them and they told me no problem, i went to CVS pharmacy opposite the hotel and bought a $50 card i came back to pay they told me to wait for and hour before i can use it and they cannot checked me in i was so angry and tired, after an hour i went to them but they told me they cannot use American Express they can only use VISA gift back i have to go and buy another card, so my stay was not good at all have a nice day.

Clients bang room doors when they are going in/out . And that makes me wake up frequently.

I'll never go back even if you paied me alot of money this hotel is the worst run by a bunch of scammers

Its very commercialized hotel. Though its decent enough its kinda pricy for the size of the room. Still there’s room for improvement.

Check-in on your own using one of the check-in machines when you enter the hotel. 10 mins walk to Port Authority Bus Terminal and 15 mins to Times Square. Cosy and comfortable room, was kept clean by housekeeping daily. Loved the bed as you can adjust it up and down.

The room is good but the space is kinda small. Location is perfect. The only complain is they didn't gave us back the deposit of $65 which was they told us it will be automatically get refunded after we checked out. But I realized after a month we checked the bill and it didn't showed any refund from them.

Not bad. Definitely younger crowd.

Hello False photos on the trip.com website. I am very disappointed with this hotel (YOTEL NEW YORK) and with Trip.com, the site on which I made my reservation yesterday (07/17/2021). The photos displayed on the trip.com website at the time of booking is not the room assigned once there. Indeed, I made a reservation thinking that the room for which I was charged nearly $250 would have a great view, at the corner of the building. Once there, the room was dingy, dirty and the receptionist was not able to assign me the room I rented for. Unfortunately, since there was no refund possible, I was forced to stay and have a weird weekend for my wedding anniversary. While I called before my departure to the hotel to make sure everything was okay about the room. And nothing was done. False photos. So, My wife and I are very disappointed because the photos do not reflect the truth

There is a fee for luggage deposit, the suitcase is 3$, professional hotel service with everything in a clean, small room, low cost employees, but decent bed, new and clean… pretty good for the price.

The hotel is in the Times Square area. There are a lot of people and it's easy to travel, but you have to leave your luggage at 3 dollars per bag. There's a luggage storage system that uses a stock car system. The room isn't big, probably because it's in an expensive area.

Very close to Times Square, with subway and Chinese restaurants nearby, cost-effective

The environment is okay, you can only go upstairs by swiping your card, and the transportation is convenient
