Nothing to complain about it, very well kept hotel and location. Breakfast is really delicious, would stay again.

Great location with subway stations nearby. Brooklyn Bridge 15 minutes walk away. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room with kitchenette. Buffet breakfasts are great.

The hotel has a great location and is very easy to commue. However, the room cleaning service is the downside of this stay. 3 nights in total, but only 1 room service was conducted. I ran out of towel and amenities. You also have to pay the SECURITY BOND here when check in!

Conveniently located hotel right in the middle of the Financial District but on a fairly quiet street - we were on floor 33 but not much of a view because it was obstructed by many other skyscrapers. Practical to have a kitchenette in the room with full equipment. Clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was a disappointment - they only use disposable plates/cups/cutlery and selection was pretty limited (especially for vegetarians).

Breakfast have very little choices. The other branch located in world trade centre have better breakfast choice and nice coffee machine.

The hotel was well-cleaned and the rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was a typical American breakfast. Hotels in Manhattan are expensive, but this one is relatively cheap and I think it offers good value for money.

It was clean and very nice. The toilet seat was also made by TOTO, close to Japan, and comfortable. The financial district was a calm place away from the hustle and bustle. Please note that the elevators on the upper floors tend to stop at each station.

The night before yesterday, when I was brushing my teeth, I found that the sink was not draining. The front desk said that it would be repaired the next day. Before I went out to play at 11 am yesterday, I went to the front desk to ask for repairs. I arrived at the hotel at 10 pm and found that the sink had not been repaired and the room had not been tidied. I was tired after a day of playing and wanted to leave to take a shower. I was so angry when I saw it. There was no service at all!

The credit card is maxed out and the deposit has not been passed, so we don’t accept cash! No check-in or refund! 😡😡😡😡😡😡

The hotel is very good and far exceeded expectations. The front desk was patient and hospitable. The service is excellent. The room is warm and comfortable. The location is great. Downstairs is the convenience store in Figure 4. The police station near Figure 5 has relatively good security. It is close to the subway station in Figure 6, making travel convenient. The last few pictures are of the World Trade Center and Wall Street, which are within walking distance. Recommended to stay.
