The hotel is fine! Good location but they didn’t clean the rooms! The first day they did it but we realized that they don’t vacuum, they don’t clean the papers that we left on the floor! The next day they never cleaned the room and we had to complain and they told us that at least they were going to send us clean towels but they never sent them! The next day we asked them to clean the room and they did but they didn’t change the sheets and they never picked up the trash on the floor! For the quality and service it could be that we were flying but more likely than not! The people at the reception didn’t smile! Luckily we changed to another hotel in Manhattan and it was much better! They charged me more than what we had booked! Will I come back? No!

The room was very small and cramped. Everything about the shower room in the first room was broken. The new one was much better. The location is very good and convenient for eating, but it is very close to the subway. The subway is very noisy all night.

This is a good Marriott hotel in a very safe part of Long Island which is two stops away from the main area and only a few stops from Penn Station and times square. The hotel is clean and new and has food/snacks for you. However this is one downside. The hotel is facing a subway that runs above ground and it's noisy during the day.

The front desk staff are all Indians, and their attitude is not good. The light is broken, but the maintenance staff is very enthusiastic. The hygiene is OK, and it is newly renovated.
