The room is clean but the decoration makes you feel uncomfortable. The service is good but the charge is unreasonable. We are charged the $40 without using any facility. Check in process was smooth, but check-out was in a hurry and somehow pushed you out. On their website, it does not tell us we need to pay the additional fee to check out. I paid the taxes and room fee already when I made the reservation. Anyway, I have sent an email to the operation manager but there was no response. I am disappointed. Roosevelt island is an excellent location to live but not this hotel.

The hotel rooms are small and affordable, but neat and clean. The front lobby is cool and suitable for reading and chatting. Taking a walk on Luo Island at night, the night view is charming and the rooftop bar is great. It would be a good experience to take the cable car up to the island and visit the Cornell Tech campus.
