Nice hotel with a good bridge view. Effective communication with email and early check in request can be sent by email and filled out the e form. Nice waiting area at 2/F before checking in.

At the corner of Canal and Bowery, the hotel is well-located on the edge of Chinatown, close to the Manhattan Bridge, and many eateries and coffee shops. My room had an unblocked view of Midtown and the Empire State building in the distance. There is a rooftop bar which offers panaromic views. My double-bed room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The mattress though was too soft and sinking. There is a working space on the second floor, with lots of natural light, games, sofas, and free flow of coffee and tea until 4 pm, which provides a space for guests to chill and hangout without having to splurge on such things outside. The front desk staff and concierge are always around and very helpful, whether it is to offer to store my luggage until my late flight out, or to call a cab. The hotel provides a coffee-maker, tea kettle, dental kit, room slippers, etc, on request, which is actually a practical move towards sustainability and less wastage.

Hotel location is a problem for getting a cab because its on a complicated junction and taxis won't stop there. We had problems hailing a cab back to the airport. Walking distance to Wall Street and main areas of Manhatten so very convenient. Hotel check in was amazing, super efficient, as was checkout. They don't serve food but they have an order/ delivery agreement with a nearby restaurant and we had a great breakfast delivered to us. Rooftop bar has great views and well worth visiting. Room was very comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Would definitely consider staying again if visiting Chinatown area.

An all-around fantastic hotel stay, friendly staff, and lovely accommodations. My Favorite things were the shower, comfy soft bed linens, and taking in the splendid view on the rooftop lounge while sipping on my delicious complimentary morning coffee.

The hotel is located near the Manhattan Bridge and near the train station. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room lighting was a bit dim but overall pleasant stay.

The room is indeed not big, but the convenience of the location is worth the price. The parking provided by the hotel is not in the hotel, but next to it, 55 per night, so I found a parking lot nearby, which can be found on Google, 31 nights, and it is very responsible. The most convenient thing about staying here is eating. The coffee on the second floor of the hotel is also a point to attract tourists. The hotel cleans the room every day, which is much better than pure North American hotels.
