Hotel stay is very comfortable n breakfast v good. But reception service can be improved.

We would like to have coffee maker in the hotel room.

On the morning of check-out, the desk clerk was unwilling to extend our check out time with no regard to our circumstances. Her attitude was very indifferent to our dilemma.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. The daily breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay at Riu again.

Good as expected in the center of times square the room is small but clean

Good hotel

The room was really small, but we still unfolded the sofa bed and accommodated a family of three - except that the big suitcase could not be unfolded. The iron rack was practical but very low-end, and there was only one universal bath, hair and hand washing water. In Manhattan, for the sake of safety when watching a musical, it was fine. Compared with the Renaissance next door, the room and facilities were inferior. There was no drinking water.

The location is very good, right on W37 Street and very close to Times Square. The location is very expensive, so it's not surprising that the room is not big. I've stayed at Riu in SF before, and the breakfast was amazing. The same goes for this restaurant, where you have to wait in line to get a table. If you come by car, the parking fee is 65 for entry and exit, and it is also 65 for a day. New York is really walkable or public transportation, so that's okay.

Very very good hotel, the best one in our 10 day trip to the United States.

Times Square is very central, next to the Edtion Hotel. It has a sense of design. Breakfast is not convenient and there are long lines... If you need to save time, I recommend dining at the hotel next door.

New, stylish, clean hotel with a great location. Best breakfast in New York - definitely recommend

The location is really great! I was worried that wherever I went it would be close and noisy. It was quiet, perhaps because it was on a high floor. It was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was also worth eating.

1. The sound insulation is poor (fortunately, the residents are relatively quiet), but as long as you talk normally in the corridor and the room next door, you can hear it clearly, just like being next to you. When we came back late, we could only whisper in the room because we were afraid of the impact. 2. Only two bottles of mineral water were given in the refrigerator on the day of check-in (no coffee pot, etc.). The next day, it was estimated that we had half a bottle left, and only one bottle of water was given. But it is convenient to eat and drink downstairs. 3. The room is small, but it is acceptable knowing that it is near Times Square. 4. The room facilities are relatively new. 5. The location is very good, just walk out to Times Square and Bainaohui Street.
